Provider of rental services. The company provides rental of tools and drilling equipment and servicing of client owned equipment to the oil and gas industry. It also offers consumables and spare parts to drilling companies such as corrosion inhibitors, industrial paints, mud spill kits & thread protectors and lubricants.

Challenge

A frac drill-out contractor needed plugger style pumps for extended high-pressure operations in all weather conditions (-50 + 120 Degrees).

Solution

The work involved performing a wide range of Risk and Safety protocols and thorough communication with the client, frac drill-out contractor and WWPE’s safety engineers.  To meet the time-sensitive demands of our client, we adapted a national oil well triplex mud pump to 10k Pressure Drilling from a 5k Operations Package Pump, which gave us the capabilities for 24/7 operations.
